DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - COMPLETE SCAM. I purchased this item, main reasons being it was advertised and described as coming with two boxes and a lot of pearls (description stated 1000 pearls) which would help hold my make up brushes up. When the item arrived, I only received one box and only enough pearls to just cover the bottom, nowhere near the amount shown in their pictures. I contacted the seller and asked why I didn’t receive 2 boxes and why there wasn’t enough pearls and requested to return the item and have a refund as the product wasn’t suitable or as advertised. I then went back and forth with messages over 2 days of them asking further questions saying it had to be passed to a number of different departments to be checked and verified. I even sent them pictures of the item to show what was wrong. I said that they couldn’t advertise one product, take my money and then send me a completely different product - THAT IS FRAUD!Eventually they said ‘there was no point in me sending the item back to their HQ in China as it would cost me more than what the item is worth’ and they wouldn’t refund me. I advised that I expected a full refund due to them completely mis-selling me an item and only sending me HALF of what was advertised. Again they said they wouldn’t refund me and would only give me £5 for the inconvenience.I then reported this to Amazon who said they would contact the seller for a full refund and if the seller didn’t refund me, Amazon would claim it against them. It was only after Amazon making a claim against them, they contacted me saying ‘the previous member of staff didn’t provide the best solution so we will refund you now’ so I don’t understand why they couldn’t refund me in the first place.I’ve also noticed that they have changed their product description to say 100 pearls rather than 1000 pearls like when I purchased the item, after me complaining that there wasn’t enough pearls - extremely suspicious!Complete scam of a company. Poor communication skills - spent days going back and forth to request a simple return and refund after they messed up. Mis-selling products and then not willing to correct or refund their mistake until I took it further with Amazon. Please do not waste your time with this product or seller.
